• Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and certificate of authenticity (if provided) are intact
• Item is not a custom-made or personalised order
• Item was not purchased during a special sale or clearance event

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-designed or personalised jewellery (engraved, resized, etc.)
• Items purchased on final sale or special discount events
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Gift cards or store credit vouchers
• Items without original packaging or missing certificates

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to request a return or refund:

• Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided
• Step 4: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved:

• Store credit: issued within 1–2 business days
• Bank processing may add additional 2–3 days depending on your bank
