At Nitya Sneh Jewels, we take great care in packaging and shipping your precious jewellery. Every order is carefully inspected, elegantly packaged, and shipped with a trusted courier partner to ensure it reaches you safely.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, natural events, or courier delays.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
• Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require an additional 5–7 business days for crafting
• You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched

Packaging

All Nitya Sneh jewellery is shipped in our signature luxury packaging, designed to protect your piece during transit and make it gift-ready upon arrival.

• Each piece is placed in a branded jewellery box or pouch
• The box is secured in a padded outer mailer to prevent damage
• A care card and authenticity certificate (where applicable) are included

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and courier partner details
• A link to track your shipment in real-time
• SMS/WhatsApp updates (if your number is provided at checkout)

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues, please contact us:

• Package not delivered: Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed
• Wrong address entered: Notify us within 12 hours of placing the order — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch
• Package returned to sender: We'll contact you for re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
• Damaged in transit: Email photos of the damage to us within 48 hours for a free replacement
